Cool Down

 

At the end of a Trainingunit, a cool down of at least 5-10 minutes should done. A good way will be to do first some loosen up of muscles, then some light stretching excercises to prevent sore muscles, and possibly some breathing excercises.

It is possible to do some excercise to build up strength before the stretching.
